Rules for Foreign Students Tuition Payment

Rules for the students with scholarship

1. The student funded by full scholarship of Chinese government may receive living cost monthly according to the regulations issued by National Education Department and  the China Scholarship Council (CSC), while other payments including tuition fee, accommodation fee (one bed), medical fee and insurance expense would be free for them.

2. For the scholarship student who , living cost will be granted until the middle of the expired month.

3. For the scholarship student who is in the duration of program, living cost will be granted still if he/she goes back home for winter or summer holiday. But if he/she doesn’t return on time, living cost of the delayed period will not be provided.

Living cost will not be provided for the scholarship student during his/ her suspension , and it will not be granted retroactively after return. If the scholarship student is expelled from school or drops out, all the treatments for the scholarship student will be stopped automatically since the date of expelling or drop-out.

Living cost of a whole month will be provided for the student who enters school before 15th of the month, living cost of half a month will be supplied for the student who enters school after 15th of the month.


Rules for self-financing student payment

Tuition

     Undergraduate course : 24000  yuan per year

      Master Program:32000 yuan per year

       Doctoral Program:40000 yuan per year

     General Advanced Student:28000yuan per year

     Senior advanced student:32000 yuan per year

      Chinese Language Student:15200 yuan per year


  Insurance : 600 Yuan per year

  Accommodation fee : According to school’s rules.


For the self-financing student, tuition fee of one academic year could be paid in full.

 For the student of academic education whose learning period is less than one term, tuition fee of one term should be paid.

 For the student of academic education whose learning period is over one term while less than one academic year, tuition fee of one academic year should be paid.

 For the self-financing student, all the fees such as tuition fee, accommodation fee should be paid within 2 two weeks after beginning of term, otherwise, overdue fine (5% of tuition) should be paid if it is over 2 weeks after new term beginning.  

 The student will not be registered if he/she doesn’t pay all fees according to the rules. If the student can not pay the fees on time due to some special causes, he/she should apply literarily, with the approval of school, the fees could be paid within 1 month after new term beginning. Overdue fine (5% of tuition) should be paid if it is over 1 month.

 Tuition fee of the term will not be refunded if the student transfers to another school, drops out or is expelled during the term.

  Accommodation fee should be paid in the beginning of every new term, if the student can not pay the fee on time, he/she should apply literarily, with the approval of school, the fees could be paid monthly.

Remark: Please note student’s name and grade in the remitter. You should retain any payment receipt from banks to exchange for invoice. If the remittance is done withinNanjing, you can bring the receipt to  International Education Collegefor Room 419 for  the invoice. If the remittance is done outsideNanjing, you have to call 0086-25-85811960 notify the teacher of the amount remitted and time. After the remittance is received by the Financial Department of the university, you will get the invoice, with which you could register in the Students’ Affairs Office.

 

2.      Paying fees by card POS machines

Master, JCB, Visa, and UnionPay are accepted.

Remark: Remember that transferring function should be activated.

 

3.      Paying fees by Cashier’s Cheque
