Training Objectives
1. Master basic theory, professional knowledge and clinical skills in traditional Chinese and western nursing, and have the ability to undertake the task of teaching, doing research and clinic works independently.
2 . Apply Chinese in reading academic papers and possess the basic ability to listen, talk, read and write in Chinese.
3. Be familiar with modern information technology, have strong ability on computer application.
4. Physically and mentally healthy.
Application Requirements
Fluent English with good ability on listening, speaking,reading and writing.

Provide undergraduate diploma notarized copies and the score report’s transcripts or notarized copies of undergraduate courses. When the diploma is neither Chinese nor English, you should provide notarized Chinese or English translated document.
4. Provide research and study plan in China (1500 words at least), written in Chinese or English.
5. Provide recommendation letters by two professionals with the title of professors or associate professors.

Training Requirements
Curriculum Requirements:
Students should make plan of curriculum under the guidance of the tutors.
38 credit points should be done before oral thesis defense. The total credit points should be no less than 38 including no less than 35 points of degree courses. The calculation is based on 18 class hours each point.

3. Clinical Practice
Students should master diagnosis of common diseases, techniques of syndrome differentiation of TCM and modern nursing technology, and know development and new techniques of nursing science. Clinical skills must be trained once a week in 2nd and 3rd semesters and 3 times weekly in 4th semester and twice per week in 5th semester.
4. Research Practice and Thesis
Under the guidance of their tutors, the post-graduated students should take part in scientific research, select a topic, and compile thesis proposal and literature review according to practical situation. Thesis proposal should be carried out at the beginning of the fourth semester.
